Perfect for those looking to initiate a running program or to enhance an existing one! You will be provided with all the tools necessary for the optimal running experience on a schedule that is convenient for you.
You will receive a one-on-one complete evaluation during a "no obligation" initial consultation with the coach. During this session, the coach will get acquainted with the client, assess runner's gait and form, making adjustments if needed, and determine appropriate fitness level. From there an individualized weekly program will be designed to help realize runner's specific goal whether it be to tackle the first 5k or conquer the marathon. Coach will maintain weekly contact to ensure athlete is progressing well.
